ZenoPay provides cryptocurrency payment gateway infrastructure for merchants and developers, including invoice creation, payment links, webhook notifications, and payout services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use this Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Fees are displayed on the Pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. ZenoPay deducts a platform fee from each completed transaction before crediting your balance.
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
All content, trademarks, and technology in the Service are owned by ZenoPay. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ZenoPay does not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of exchange rates, or the actions of third-party blockchain networks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenoPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ZenoPay operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
